BUT here you go: Pinsir, Charizard, Gengar, Persian, and Pidgeot.

AWESOME! Well kinda. I will get started soon!!

This seems fun, and doesn't look as horribly hard as the nuzlocke challenge, so I want to give this a go! (Yay for this being my first challenge)

Evo stage: Surprise me! I want a challenge. I would like at least one to be fully evolved though.

Other: I am able to trade between my two games (HG/Pt) if I get something like a PorygonZ or Gengar for example.

Let's see if I can remember what I've done so far...

Started the challenge

1. Started the game, soon chose Torchic for a starter.
2. Blaze through the first portion of the game; Route 102 didn't know what hit them.
3. Reach Petalburg, watch Wally catch his (xD male) Ralts.
4. Travel through the route connecting the forest and Petalburg.
5. Reach the forest; blaze through this once Torchic learns Ember.
6. Caught my HM slave, Zigzagoon, while in the forest.
7. Exit the forest and head to Rustboro.
8. Beat gym trainers; Torchic reaches level fifteen, almost level sixteen.
9. Venture a little into the route past Petalburg; Torchic reaches level sixteen and evolves.
10. I go ahead and obliterate the gym with Double Kick.
11. Watch as Devon Corp is robbed.
12. Go to the pokemon center, heal, and save.

It's going to be a while before I can get my second pokemon; from what I can tell, the nearest pokemon in my lineup is Aron, who is going to show up in Granite Cave.

-Caught Pidgey (level 2; NN: Franz)
-Leveled up a bit; Risk: 15; Franz: 10
-Beat Brock; Risk evolved to Charmeleon
-Went through Mt. Moon; Franz evolved to Pidgeotto
-Defeated rival at Cerulean City; Got S.S. Ticket from Bill
-Defeated Misty; Risk: 24; Franz: 24
-Caught Meowth (level 14; NN: DJ Zazzy)
-Made it to Vermillion; Got my Bike Voucher & back-tracked to get my Bicycle (Finally! <3 I never thought I'd miss running shoes so much. ;-; )
-Leveled DJ Zazzy up a bit; Saved at the Pokemon Center in Vermillion City

~Update 2~

-Leveled DJ Zazzy until he was caught up with the others.
-Battled through the trainers on the S.S. Anne, got the Cut HM.
-Took on the Vermillion Gym; DJ Zazzy evolved into Persian. (Yay! <3)
-Won my 3rd badge. Made my way back to Cerulean and over to the Rock Tunnel.
-Realized I skipped getting the HM for Flash, then decided I didn't care enough to go back and get it.
-Spent a while stumbling through Rock Tunnel in the dark, finally made it out alive. (Not that all the Geodudes were helpful. ._." )
-Made it to Lavender Town, beat my rival in the Pokemon Tower.
-Left and headed to Celadon City.
-Got the Coin Case, spent a lot of money buying coins since it was easier than playing the slots.
-Traded all my coins in for a Pinsir (level 20) and nicknamed him Mr. Snips.
-Worked on leveling Mr. Snips up a bit.
-Took on the Celadon Gym and won my 4th badge. (Vicegrip + Seismic Toss = super awesome.)
-Went back to the Game Corner to clear out Team Rocket.
-Got the Silph Scope, gave the guard a Fresh Water and made my way back to Lavender Town.
-Went to Pokemon Tower and caught my final team member, Gastly (level 18) Nicknamed ScareSpray.

Small update today...

Update 2

-Went to go get back the Devon Scope.
-Nothing much eventful happened; traveled through the route, arrived at the cave, and beat the grunt.
-Returned the Devon Scope.
-Met with Mr. Stone and received the PokeNav.
-Backtraced to the cottage and headed to Dewport.
-Arrived at Dewport; headed for Granite Cave.
-Traveled through the cave in the dark, shaking my fist at Zubats along the way.
-Caught a Makuhita and an Aron while in the cave. Makuhita was nicknamed Meker(dunno why I chose that...) and the Aron Inia(again...don't know why).
-Reached Steven; gave him the letter and he left.
-Trained the new pokemon a little bit in the cave.
-Deposited Combusken into the PC.

SIDE NOTE: Zigzagoon's Pick-Up is so helpful.
