Great! Those are some pretty cool Pokémon. Here goes.

- Started the game. Named trainer Cat for no apparent reason, then thought up a random Black Cat villain for the rival. Named him Elliot - for Leon Elliott, the two Ts just bug me.
- Tried to go out and catch a Ratatta, but Professor Oak ran up and informed me that I needed my own Pokémon first. Yeah right.
- Picked Squirtle for nostalgia points, and let Elliot take Bulbasaur.
- Took Squirtle and beat Elliot with it.
- Delivered Oak his mail.
- Snitched a Town Map from Daisy just to spite Elliot, and pranced right out.
- Realized I should have named myself Sven for the glitch that causes my Trainer's hat to be green.
- Caught a Ratatta and named him Kuronezumi - a parallel to Kuroneko. Black Cat. Of course there will be plenty of references in this playthrough... I've always wanted to do something like that. :P
- Set to work training Kuronezumi...

-started game, named character Dustin (my name)
-chose Mudkip, using for HMs
-caught Poochyena, trained it until it reached Lv.10 before going on to Petalburg
-met Wally, became best buds with him.
-met that creepy Scott guy, got called a n00b by him.
-Got through forest, and will continue on tomorrow

Haha, this'll be fun, all pokemon I've never really used before. Except maybe Eevee a bit, but I've always evolved it.

Time to break out my FireRed and get started.


Also, I'm not gonna be doing another team challege on Emerald/Pearl right now, 3 challenges at one time is enough for me (Doing a couple others outside the forums, and I want to finish them all)

I'll ask for another team (maybe) when I finish one of my Ruby challenges.

EDIT:

Apparently Sandshrew isn't catchable in FireRed (Who knew? :P ) Can I request another pokemon or another team :P
