I'm tired of having only 1 team, but I can't seem to make up another one >_< Heres what I got so far.

    Adamant
    252 Atk/16 Def/240 HP

    Night slash
    Thunder wave

Thunder wave is to outspeed stuff @>@

    Gliscor@Leftovers**Batman
    Impish
    252 HP/252 Def/4 Atk
    EQ
    Roost
    Aerial ace/Ice fang

    Salamence@Focus Sash
    Lonely
    252 Spd/252 Atk/4 Sp atk

I still need 1 more physical sweeper and hopefully a spinner or phazer >_<

    Gallade@Choice Scarf/Band
    Trait : Steadfast
    Nature : Adamant
    Moves :
    - Stone Edge
    - Psycho Cut/Leaf Blade (Psycho Cut for Weezing, Leaf Blade for Swampert)
    - Night Slash
    - Close Combat

Eh o_o I wanted mine to support my team as well as attack :/

Well, It's better suited as a sweeper than Thunder Wave XD Garchomp switches in by predicted Thunder Wave, then he obliterates you

    212 HP / 224 Def / 72 SAtk
    Surf

    Much better EV Set there.

    Gallade@Leftovers**Kenshin
    Adamant

    Psycho Cut

    Night Slash

Kinda needs more defense if you want to stand a chance against Garchomp, as Name said.

    Gliscor@Leftovers**Batman
    Impish
    252 HP/252 Def/4 Atk
    Earthquake
    Roost
    Aerial ace/Ice fang
    Stealth rock

I can't think of anymore. I usually like to have a dragon physical sweeper on my team but then I get Weavile raped >_<
Dragon sweeper usually cues in Dragonite or Salamence with Yache Berry. Garchomp is workable too, but he does not get speed boost (unless you can make EVs awesome enough to withstand Weavile's Ice Punch and Salac Back;))

Well, this is the Salamence I'm using on my current team :/

    Salamence@Focus Sash
    Lonely
    252 Spd/252 Atk/4 Sp atk
    Dragon claw
    EQ
    Fire blast
    DD

Oopsies, forgot to add this to the team.

    Porygon-Z@Salac berry
    Timid
    252 Spd/252 Sp atk/4 HP
    Adaptability
    Tri attack
    Ice beam
    Thunderbolt
    Dark pulse

    Dark pulse

    Both those look fine.

However Focus Sash and/or Nasty Plot is completely a viable option on a timid Porygon-z. If your willing to replace Dark Pulse that is.Life Orb and even Specs is a good option for the item.(obviously keep Dark Pulse for specs lol)

salac berry on porygon? it's not gonna kill special walls that are going to come in anyway, so you may as well try to damage them as much as you can with Choice Specs + double STAB Tri Attack.

    lol sounds about right.

shame that it doesn't learn taunt. it wouldn't even need speed =(

On the Porygon-z ,i have another set, it may seem slightly novelty but it works rather well from my experience on shoddy battle.

    Porygon-z@Life Orb
    252 speed / 252 sp.att / 6 hp
    Timid Nature
    - Substitute
    - Tri Attack
    - Dark Pulse / Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
    - Nasty Plot

simple, set a sub up on the switch, Nasty Plot behind sub to avoid status problems and sweep. Bear in mind that this 2hkos max hp/306 sp.def Blissey after a Nasty Plot with Tri Attack, which is always nice.

Sadly, Pory is already EV trained and TMed. I EVd it when pokecommunity wasn't working :/

Mine has the exact same ev spread as yours, and the other moves are either what you currently have, Tm'ed or Heart Scaled onto it. XD

Its up to you though, its so versatile that any set given will work wonders.

substitute PLUS life orb? i'm starting to feel bad for the rest of your pokes XD

XD oh sorry, i wasn't referring to you. i should've qouted his post.

This is the Milotic I use, and it works amazingly well:

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Bold Nature
    EVs: 84 HP, 252 Defense, 118 SpAtk, 56 SpDef
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Hypnosis/Hidden Power [Electric]
    - Recover

With the EVs, you want to focus on Defense over Special Defense. Whenever you have a base HP that is actually higher than a Defense, you want to focus EVs into that Defense over HP. If that makes sense? Hypnosis is a decent team support move, but I find HP[Electric] more useful, since it surprises the hell out of a Gyarados, whom a maxed Defense Milotic counters fairly well. Resists Waterfall, and shrugs off damage from Earthquake. She also fairs well against DD Salamence and, to a slightly lesser extent, Garchomp. PLUS with maxed Defense, if you can switch her into a Thunder Wave, Toxic, or Will-O-Wisp, her Defense becomes virtually untouchable.
