Rare Gold Max Potion Error Card

So me, my brother, and my friend were searching in our Pokemon cards and my friend spotted this card. We found out that this card is sold for around $30 but, we also discovered that this card is a error card. Does this raise it's value and if so how much?

On average, the value on miscut cards does not go up at all. Most collectors see them as undesirable, so it's arguably going to be worth less than a normal one.

Your best bet is to find someone who specifically collects miscuts, but with the whitening on the edge you might still not get much
