The only rare Pokemon I see here is Quilfish, but it's tempting, so CMT.

But if you don't have Emerald, then it's hard to get Shuckle, Ledyba and Pineco.
You can find Qwilfish in Diamond, Perl and Platin.

I do, could I get a pineco (careful or impish nature, even adamant) and a shuckle (dont care about nature)
the huntail and gorebyss will be clamperl holding the deep sea items and Ill have 2 volt tackle pichus holding the moon stones
