Sure, but it needs more Speed EVs allows you to outspeed Porygon-Z and Lucario, beware that this thing falls to stealth rock, meaning you'll need a rapid spinner in your team somewhere (it takes 2x damage from SR)

Make sure you have a 0 speed IV for maximum damage with Gyro Ball, EVs allow it to take four Seismic Toss hits with Leftovers from Blissey or any other Seismic Toss user and the attack EVs allow you to take out Scarfed Gengar and Weavile with Gyro Ball in one hit, and in 2 hits for most Tyranitar.

Aerial Ace is bad when you can get Brave Bird and just roost away the recoil damage, Skarmory doesn't need the speed EVs as it shouldn't be outspeeding anything because it needs to be able to take damage.

EVs are messed up, and I wouldn't use this in OU if I were you, it just can't take a hit from anything and doesn't really have the defenses to survive, much like Medicham or Rampardos (which would both be a better choice).

The team lacks a Cleric or Status absorber, and although Bronzong can take some special damage, Bronzong doesn't really serve as a reliable Special Wall, you also should have some form of rapid spinning with Houndoom in there, otherwise it will not last long.

Replace Sharpedo, preferably with a Cleric such as Blissey.
