Rate my Diamond Team so far!

I felt that before I continue playing Diamond that I put up my team to get rated. I dont know if this forum rates D/P teams yet but I'll out it up for now. I am just past the 7th Gym and I'm recalling these from memory as I dont have Diamond with me right now (I'm getting it back like in 10 days).
I havent used any TMs on them yet so original movepools and I wanna see what you think. Oh yea and dont ask me what nature they are because I dont know... give me a translation from Japanese to English then I'll tell you. All my Pokemon are around Level 40:​

Enperuto: Lvl 40
Surf
Tide
Metal Claw
Peck
^I know, not great attacks but I will change them for E4

Mukkuhawk: Lvl 41

^I know about not having the same type attacks on a Pokemon but couldnt help it here. Will teach it other attacks later.

^XD not great as well but I put it in because I felt like it and it was helpful at the beginning.

^Only have Cut on because I couldnt be bothered getting my HM slave to take up a slot in my list so Cut is temporary. And Roselia is as well. I'm currently training up my Rioru to replace it.

Rozereido is pretty strong. You should keep and evolve it. Cool, it gets Sleep Powder too. Too bad you have to breed to get it.

Depends on your Nature. Use the special attacking set for any +SAtk or -Atk natures, use physical set for any +Atk or -SAtk natures. Choose from either if your attack stats are unaffected.

Btw, Do you know where I can get a translation of Pokemon natures from Japanese to English? It would help a lot.
I think I will have to do a bit of breeding to get a good team going. I cant get Alakazam though because I dont have anyone to trade with. So just wondering, until when I do have one do you reckon I should stick with Kadabra or get another Psychic type like the new Kirlia evolvement?
