What is wrong with you.

Stealth Rock is great. Hydro Cannon is an absolutely horrid move. Two water moves? What will that accomplish? Stealth Rock ruins Focus Sashers, and does damage per switch.

Hydro Cannon leaves you needing to recharge.

Stealth Rock is a fantastic move. Ever switched a Salamence or a Weavile in on it constantly ?, The latter being quite a threat to Empoleon with Brick Break.

Hydro Cannon infact all Hyper Beam/2nd turn Re-charge moves = FAIL FAIL FAIL

Opponents pokemon fainted

Opponent sends in Heracross

Empoleon must re-charge

You cant switch out

Heracross uses Close Combat

Empoleon loose 10000000% of its health

EDIT: Also two moves of the same type should never be never be used unless its some overkill moves such as Overheat and Flamethrower/Flare Blitz or Draco meteor and Dragon Pulse/Dragon Claw
