I've been using this team on Pokemon Online for a while now, and it's done me a lot of good, but it still loses quite a bit. It's also only really a Gen 5 team because of the lead, but still.

TBH, Staraptor and Charizard aren't that good because of their SR weakness. I'd replace them with Ferrothorn and Jellicent because they have good synergy together.

    Ferrothorn:
    -Spikes/Leech Seed
    -Stealth Rock/Leech Seed
    -Power Whip
    -Gyro Ball
    Nature: Relaxed/Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def or SDef/80 Atk, Def or SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    Jellicent:
    -Scald (Boiling Water)
    -Toxic
    -Recover
    -Taunt/Ice Beam/Shadow Ball
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

I'd also replace Zoroark's Choice Specs with Life Orb because it needs the freedom to switch moves. Grass Knot is an option to let it help deal with bulky Waters.
