I think i've seen something like this before. dont remember how well it worked out though. pretty clever in theory. you'll just be in deep crap if something unplanned happens and electivire dies

    Electivire @ Expert Belt

lonely over adamant because otherwise T-bolt/Thunder aint gonna do much with a sp. atk reducing nature

You really don't need 3 dancers on your team.

Yes he does. If one dies, you're screwed, as your team revolves around it...

May I ask what the Sp. Def is for on that Electivire set you gave BrainDamage? I hope you mean Sp. Atk o_0

    Bronzong @ Damp Rock
    Trait: Levitate
    Nature: Sassy
    252 HP, 156 Def, 102 Def
    -Rain dance
    -Hypnosis
    -Stealth rock
    -Gyro Ball / Grass Knot

Exploding your main source of Rain isn't smart, so Gyro Ball please. Grass Knot is an option against Hippowdon starters.

Kingdra @ Leftovers / Life Orb
    Trait: Swift Swim
    Nature: Modest
    252 Sp. Atk, 20 Spd, 232 HP
    - Surf / Hydro Pump
    - Icebeam
    - Dragon Pulse / Hidden Power [ELEC]
    - Rain Dance

No need for that much Speed. 20 will outspeed anything non-uber in the rain, with 4 more than the standard to beat other Kingdra.

    Electivire @ Expert Belt
    Trait: Motor Drive
    Nature: Adamant
    252 Attack , 252 Spd, 6 HP
    - Thunderpunch
    - Ice punch
    - Earthquake
    - Cross Chop

Keep it purely physical please, you need the speed, and Skarmory isn't as common these days.

    Lucario @ Choice Band
    Trait: Inner Focus
    Nature: Adamant
    252 Attack, 252 speed, 6 HP
    -Crunch
    -Extremespeed
    -Close Combat
    -Sword Dance

    Fine

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Trait: Marvel Scale
    Nature: Bold
188 HP, 176 Sp. Def, 132 Def, 12 Sp. Atk
    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    Surf
    Ice Beam

Fine, but with those EV's please.

    Ludicolo @ Mystic Water/Life Orb/Leftovers
    Trait: Swift Swim
    Nature: Modest
252 Sp. Atk, 76 Spd, 180 Sp. Def
    Grass Knot
    Surf
    Ice beam
    Rain dance

    Ok.

Ok, that looks a little better, but perhaps remove Lucario for something more suited. Either that, or make it a mixed Sweeper.

This is very cliche, but "Be careful of weather starters!" :P

Lucario is good but, sadly how good he is based on how he is used. IN a team like this he wouldnt be that good tbh.

    Bronzong@ Damp Rock
    Trait: Levitate
    Nature: Sassy
Max HP EV's, and balance out the defenses I guess
    -Rain dance
    -Hypnosis
    -Stealth rock
    -Explosion/Gyro Ball

    Kingdra@ Leftovers / Life Orb
    Trait: Swift Swim
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 SAttack / 16 Speed / 240 HP
    - Surf
    - Hidden Power Electric
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Rain Dance

No need for Ice Beam, Dragon pulse covers everything that does, also 16 speed is all it needs to become the fastest non-uber in rain, so put the rest in Hp.

    Electivire @ Life Orb
    Trait: Motor Drive
    Nature: Lonely
    EVs: 252 Attack / 176 Speed / 80 Sp.at
    - Thunder / Thunderbolt
    - Ice punch
    - Earthquake
    - Cross Chop

Put some ev's in sp.att and give it lonely

    Changes are in bold

    That ev spread for Ludicolo is ewww try : -152 HP / 252 Sp.A / 104 Speed.

Put Gyro Ball on Bronzong, youll need it for fast leads such as Yanmega, i run rest >> Hypnosis aswell, try Relaxed 252 HP / 108 DEF / 152 SP.DEF <<Works like a charm.

    Lucario : CB + Swords Dance ? :S

Breloom lead totally screw you over. It spores Bronzong and starts rampaging your team. Even if Milotic takes the spore, she's still not a sufficient counter: Breloom can sub and wait for a 33% chance of not getting hit because Milotic randomly chose Rest. Not to mention his Seed Bomb which hurts, a lot.

Cresselia + Blissey totally wall you. Electivire can come on predicted T-wave, but it would barely touch Cress. Lucario fears T-wave and will be dead before getting the chance to attack after an SD.

I suggest making Kingdra a mixed sweeper with Waterfall, Surf and Draco Meteor. Otherwise I don't see any reason to use him, you already have Ludicolo as a special sweeper.
