I like this Forry. I hate using Explosion only to have them switch in a Gengar on me. It's really preference though, Explosion is powerful.

Okay. I'll use those. Which moves for Slot one and four on Forry would be better?
 
People who run Smogon's EVs never use Forretress gain (as in their EVs suck)

Flygon is better over Garchomp because of Levitate, its unpredictability, and the fact that it has some relation to the theme of this team.

also Spikes over Stealth Rock ALWAYS on Forretress unless you have something that is ruined by Focus Sashers, and I mean RUINED. Really, 25% damage each time you switch in will turn 3HKOs into 2HKOs and 2HKOs into OHKOs. Stealth Rock can't do that unless it's Moltres or Charizard :0

Defensive Drapion

EVs for Earthquake/Dragon Claw/U-Turn/Roost Flygon

Set and EVs for Sweeping Pinsir

Set and EVs for SpikeSpinning Forretress

I also need that set again for that defensive Heracross you gave me (252 HP/6 Def/252 Sp.Def

Venomoth is one of the best special sweepers on 6 legs, 2nd to yanmega IMO. My question is, why kriketune? That hairy bug is Never seen for a reason. But if you're gonna keep it, May i suggest endure-salac combo? That way its fast enough to do something, maybe even force a switch so you can swords dance. Sure its a bit nooby, but i cant see any other way of using that ugly mofo.
From your choices for the final slot, this team NEEDS flygon. It gives your team a much needed fire resistance, meaning specmence wont have a quite as large a field day.

Assuming perfect IVs on both sides, a specsMence's fireblast will do 29-35% damage. You can then dragon claw it, which would do 83-103% damage (Again, assuming perfect IVs) You can then roost of the damage and U-turn out next turn :)

My Venomoth still seems good, as I need for Special-based Pokemon.
