What do you think? Do you have any subsitutes for some of the pokemon
if there crappy tanks or something?

Well, first thing noted, Quick Claw is considered Hax item due to the fact that it relies on luck to work. Wise Glasses or Focus Sash is much better anyway because Gengar's already quick enough.

Why Flamethrower on Jolly Salamence? I know you wanna counter the physical sponges commonly used, but... Jolly Flamethrower + Choice Band = Makes absolutely no sense. If anything as a fire move, go Fire Fang, or go Dragon Dance holding Expert Belt or something.

NEVER EVER EVER GO NO DEFENSE ON BLISSEY! You need defense because it has enough sp. def to help itself.

Shadow Ball covers Dark Pulse, also adding extra damage. Exploson isn't going to do too much with Gengar without Hasty nature or something along those lines. Focus Blast is much better. Although somewhat innaccurate, it covers Dark types, and much more.

Sub on Skarm is unique to me, but not a drawback. That can work.

Depending on whether you hate other Heracrosses more or Gyarados, Stone Edge can work with your own Heracross.

The above changes will help majorly. I'm not an Explosion user with anything other than Metagross as of now. I don't know how it impacts with other pokemon.

EQ is a waste on Heracross, replace with pursuit or night slash. Stone edge over AA to hit flyers. I strongly urge you to run a choice band on it and life orb on Mence.

ok but my gengars suicidal because it uses destiny bond then explosion on tanks or walls

If this is how you plan on using you're gengar you really need a 2nd special attacker. Plus if you're running destiny bond mean look is a far better option to explosion.

Destiny Bond won't work with Explosion. Keep DB if you must, but get rid of Explosion.

but should i have more special tanks, because i noticed in battle a starmie
    was destroying my team entirely

Also do you think I should replace my gengar with another special sweeper gengar isn't too good of one even if I get rid of Explosion

    And I lol'd when my blissey 1hkoed a sweeper

Gengar is a great special sweeper.
