There are better Fire Pokemon out there than Moltres (because while it has high Special Attack, it's held back by its average Speed and defenses). Volcarona or Heatran can go in its place instead:

    Volcarona:
    -Quiver Dance
    -Fire Blast/Fiery Dance
    -Bug Buzz
    -Hidden Power (Rock/Ground)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Heatran:
    -Fire Blast
    -Earth Power
    -Hidden Power (Grass/Ice)
    -Stealth Rock
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon

Use Fire Blast over Hidden Power (Grass) on Hydreigon because it needs a way to deal with Steels outside of Focus Blast (which is terribly unreliable). Give it a Life Orb or Expert Belt. While Hydreigon can use Choice Scarf as well, it has to be Timid to outspeed several noteworthy Pokemon.

Skarmory's offensive move pool is shallow. It has to go to full support (and it can't support and sweep at the same time):
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Roost
    -Whirlwind
    -Brave Bird/Taunt
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/232 Def/24 Spe or 252 HP/232 SDef/24 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Sturdy

Sawk doesn't fare too well in OU. While it has a niche ability in Sturdy (for a Fighting Pokemon), Sandstorm tends to render the ability useless. Conkeldurr can be used instead of it because it hits harder:
    -Bulk Up
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Stone Edge/Payback
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Guts

While Miltank is decent in OU, Blissey or Chansey can support the team much better because of their superior bulk:
    -Wish
    -Protect/Softboiled
-Seismic Toss/Flamethrower (latter for Blissey only)
    -Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers (Blissey)/Eviolite (Chansey)
    Ability: Natural Cure

You already have a Fire Pokemon in Heatran or Volcarona, so how about replacing Chandelure with Jellicent?:
    -Scald/Surf
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    -Recover
    -Taunt/Ice Beam/Shadow Ball
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

I'm replacing Chandelure, Moltres and Sawk now and i'll test it in PO.

Heatran goes well with Skarm because it can absorb Fire attacks and can be specially defensive. Volcarona, however, has an excellent stat raising move. I agree with PlatinumDude to replace Sawk with Conkeldurr. It somehow goes well with Hydreigon because the latter absorb Psychic attacks aimed at Conkeldurr.

Skarmory is more of a defensive player than offensive. I suggest to alter its moves to what PlatinumDude suggested.

I will do this Pokémon by Pokémon.

    Lets start with Moltres:

If you want to keep Moltres I'd suggest refining his moveset. At the moment, it seems as though Moltres is using a Sunny Day set but I don't get why Air Slash is part of it and why Fire Blast isn't used over Flamethrower. I suggest two sets for Moltres; a Sunny Day set or a SubRoost set. Here they are below:

    Sunny Day:

    Moltres @ Leftovers
Nature: Modest / Timid (Up to you. I'd choose Timid).
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe

    Moves:
    Sunny Day
    Solar Beam
    Fire Blast
    Roost

    SubRoost:

    Moltres @ Leftovers
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP / 84 Def / 176 Spe

    Moves:
    Roost
    Substitute
    Toxic
Flamethrower / Fire Blast (I'd pick Flamethrower)

You could also use Moltres as a pure special sweeper, but considering you invested HP EVs into Moltres I'm going to assume you wish to keep Moltres around for the majority of the game. In that case I recommend the SubRoost set above. The Sunny Day set does have some survival potential with Roost, but don't count on it.

    Next up is Hydreigon:

Hydreigon's base SpAtk is huge (125) so a special sweeper is your best bet with him. Here is my recommendation:

Hydreigon @ Life Orb / Expert Belt
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe

    Moves:
    Draco Meteor / Dragonpulse
    Dark Pulse
    Flamethrower / Fire Blast
    Focus Blast / U-turn

Life Orb is prefered but if you don't like Life Orb damage go with Expert Belt. If you don't want a SpAtk drop then go with Dragonpulse otherwise Draco Meteor is prefered due to the higher base power. Dark Pulse is another STAB move and essentially staple. IMO, Flamethrower works better due to its accuracy but if you like higher power go with Fire Blast. The final slot depends on if you want Hydreigon to be able to scout. If not choose Focus Blast for coverage.

    Skarmory:

So... uh... what is his main purpose? I'd suggest turning Skarmory into your lead defensive Spiker. This is a set I'd recommend:

    Skarmory @ Leftovers
    Nature: Impish
    Abilty: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe

    Moves:

    Roost
    Spikes
    Taunt / Whirlwind
    Brave Bird

Taunt is prefered to prevent other leads getting Rocks or Spikes up. Spikes is staple while Brave Bird gives Skarmory an attack if he gets Taunted. If you need more Speed feel free to take some HP EVs and invest them into it.

I might do more later. But for now, I'm done. Hope I helped.

Also, be sure to take PlatinumDude's advice into account.
