Delphox is risky to use in OU because of its common weaknesses to Rock, Ground, Dark and Water. Tread carefully when you're using it. Magician is best used when Delphox is holding a consumable item. Since it has Lefties, you're better off using Blaze.

Why are you even giving Simipour Choice Band if it's not even using physical moves at all? Simipour is better off with Choice Specs or a boosting set:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Grass)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Greninja would be a better fit on the team, IMO, because it's stronger and faster than Simipour:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Dark Pulse
    -Ice Beam
    -U-turn/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Hasty/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

    or
    -Spikes
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Dark Pulse/Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

I don't think a bulky Modest spread suits Roserade at all. Either use a bulky Calm spread or use an all-out attacking offensive spread:
    -Spikes
    -Leaf Storm
    -Sludge Bomb/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Rest
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Leaf Storm
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Sleep Powder/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Rest/Synthesis/Extrasensory
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Spikes/Toxic Spikes
    -Giga Drain
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Sludge Bomb/Toxic Spikes
    -Rest/Synthesis/Sleep Powder
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Natural Cure

Take advantage of Mega Gardevoir's new type combo and increased Speed:
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast/Psychic
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace

Goodra will need Sludge Wave somewhere on its set to deal with Fairies. It's also better off with a -Speed nature so as not to squander its already middling physical bulk:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    -Dragon Tail/Power Whip
    -Thunderbolt/Sludge Wave
    Nature: Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SAtk
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Sap Sipper/Gooey

As Gardevior and Sylveon share the Fairy typing, they both have a weakness to Poison, which no other Pokemon resists either. You don't have to centralize your team on these two Pokemon. I suggest you increase the variety of your typings, because it also opens up weaknesses to any Ghost, Ground, Rock or Flying-type move. I agree with PD that Greninja should replace Simipour on your team. That counts out one weakness. The only Pokemon than can deal with all the other weaknesses is Levitate Bronzong (Well, its not available in Kalos generally, it is via the Friend Safari, but I'm not sure if its against the rules if we were allowed to have this Pokemon).
