This is my star Silver team, which I've transferred into Stadium 2 (not sure if this team has been rated here or not):

Serena (lv. 87 female Persian)@Quick Claw

Serena is the physical attacker and leader of the team...in addition to Slash's high critical hit ratio, she also has Headbutt and Bite coupled together to up flinching

Amy (lv.93 female Dewgong)@Nevermeltice

Aurora Beam
Rest
Rain Dance (changed from Headbutt)

The strongest member of the team, Amy now has a Rain Dance combo for extra Water damage, plus Rest to recover from heavy damage

Raye (lv. 88 female Ninetales)@Charcoal
Flamethrower (changed from Fire Blast)
Dig (changed from Sunny Day)
Confuse Ray
Quick Attack

The special attacker on the team, Raye also has the mandatory confuse attack, plus has Dig to take out pesky Electric types

Lita (lv. 89 female Pikachu)@Light Ball

Seismic Toss
Iron Tail
Headbutt

The pint sized all around battler, Lita has sent many an opponent packing, even though I've chosen not to evolve her when I sent her to my Silver game from Yellow. I've given her some physical moves so she stands a chance against a Ground/Rock type

Like Serena, Mina is a physical attacker, be it a one-two punch with Fly, or a Swift attack.

Finally, Trista comes in with both an offensive (Psychic) and defensive (Recover) Psychic move, with Thunderpunch as the finishing blow and Thief to swipe any items
