Your Platinum team looks solid; only thing I would recommend is replacing Gardevoir with Alakazam. It's got very high Special Attack stat, so it'd be able to take down much more opponents for you. =) Also, could you give some info on what moves you have on your Pokémon?

I'm sorry to say this, but Noctowl isn't a really good Pokemon. You should replace it with a physical attacking bird, like Dodrio, Crobat, or Skarmory.

Of course you're planning to evolve your SS squad. But I agree hopefully you plan to ditch your Noctowl for a better flying type. (Skarmory, etc.) You probably like the Psychic- ability of Noctowl but you have that already in your bulky Eggecutor.

[Hiatus]

I think you should consider replacing Heracross with some other fighting-type, such as either Machamp, Hitmonchan, or Hitmonlee; they could be a lot more helpful to you. If you like, you could also try Scizor, even though it might be a little tough to get a hold of. :]
