Ok. I'm a beginner at pokemon, so I know this team probably sucks. So I want to know what my weaknesses are, and how I can improve it.

Fear rattata on a team with Sandstorm.....Yeah. In fact fear rattata in general =/

I think a bulky water would help >> Fail rattata. Try vaporeon, as you are Gyarados weak. It also helps vs weavile taking its stab ice.
However if you can get hold of one HP Electric Suicune would be much better.

But anyways, vappy..

You can use this set or you can use a passing set which works more effectively. Substitute, protect, rinse and repeat until you have maximum speed. If one turn your sub is up and it isnt destroyed? Use SD. THen pass to a teammate.

Anyway, this one's pretty self explanatory. Moonlight is going to be reduced thx to Mr. Tyrant so try restalk over it.

And a Ratatta with focus sash endeavor and quick attack.Dont. It simply doesnt work because it gets ruined by: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic SPikes, Hail, and Samdstorm. Funny how you also have Ttar with you...

Comments in bold! Better then my first team...or second...you might want a spiker. A special Sweeper would be nice...say Azelf or Gengar or Infernape over Blaziken.

I forgot about sandstorm O_O Ratata was there for filler, I hadn't decided on my 6th. I'll probably go with Vaporeon.
Well thanks for the tips. But do you think it would be good to teach blaziken/ape sunny day? So when it runs out I could use moonlight more effectively, and for all the other uses of sunny day? It's just considering that Ty has sandstream, and i don't want to replace him after fighting magikarp man so many times.

Nope. The boost to a single move isnt worth relinquishing an entire moveslot for. Weather should really benefit the entire team, having two different kinds are only going to get in the way.

Insect plate is not worth it, seeing as you get a minor boost, you could use leftovers to resore some damage from sub.

There is really no point because you just waste a turn, plus with hippowdon, Tyranitar and abomasnow, sunny day and rain dance are not that great.

Bold with 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD EVs gets 2HKOed by Specs Aura Sphere from Lucario. These new EVs with Calm nature cut that into a 3HKO and in general means it can keep up with the Special attacking this gen which hit too hard for Bold Bliss. :D

Anyway, this one's pretty self explanatory.

I prefer the first EV spread that I created myself for taking physical hits better. :) You can still use the second one for equal defenses though. If you're using Sleep Talk in the 3rd moveslot, go with Rest. If you're using Reflect, use Thunder Wave.
And a Ratatta with focus sash endeavor and quick attack.

I assume you know that SS and a Focus Sash user on the same team is suicide, unless said Focus Sasher is Lucario or something immune to SS.

Anyway, the tyrannitar is already level 70 and Ev trained, and dragon dance is an egg move. I'm verrrrrrrry reluctant to start over.

don't be so afraid to start over. It took me only a day to EV train & level up to 50, so it shouldn't take too long to acomplish your goals.
