This is my ruby version team. Sorta heap but......

    Blaziken@quick claw
    flamethrower
    earthquake
    protect
    sky uppercut

    Groudon@shell bell
eruption(thinking of replacing with another fire move or physical move)
    earthquake
    solarbeam
    hyper beam

    Sceptile@miracle seed
    strength
    leaf blade
    giga drain
    dragon claw

    Kyogre@magnet
    thunder
    calm mind
water spout (Thinking about getting Hydro pump back)
    ice beam

    Rayquaza@dragon fang
    Outrage
    surf
    extremespeed
    fly

    Swampert@mystic water
    Surf
    Earthquake
    Endeavor
Blizzard (Forgot to erase after contest not sure what to replace with)

I learned about Evs after all of these pokes were on lv 60-70. THat is why my lv80 Kyogre can survive physical attacks from lv100 groudon.THere sorta underleveled as I've had this game for over a year. So there In pokemon colosseum for training. Only Rayquaza didn't have full EV's after I learned about them. So I gave him like 20 EV's in SpAttk. I'm making a sceptile to replace my old one. Max Speed and Special Attk Evs Its Moves will be:

    Solarbeam
    leafblade
    Dragon Claw
    giga drain

groudon and blaziken and sceptile can work together for two on two. Thinking of replacing swampert with Tyranitar or something as Groudon and kyogre have his moves. Endeavor is an exception.

Indeed I think you understand the concept of EV... but there are still rooms to improve. Click on the link in my signature to the Advanced Trainer's Guide for some basic concept to team building. (such as how giga drain + solarbeam = double kill... it's redoned, and there's leaf blade too to make it triple redoned)

    Blaziken- [speed + / sp.atk -] @ salac berry
    EV: Atk and Speed
    -overheat
    -endure/sub
    -reversal
    -rock slide/HP Ghost

    Groudon *ubar alert* [atk + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers
    EV: Atk, defense, hp
    -Earthquake
    -rock slide
    -fire blast
    -protect/brick break

    Sceptile- [speed + / atk -] @ lum berry/leftovers
EV: Speed and sp.atk, or anything but attack
    -leaf blade
    -HP Ice
    -crunch/leech seed
    -dragon claw/sub

Kyogre- *weather contradicting ubars alert* [sp.atk or speed + / atk -] @ lum berry or mystic water
    -water spout/surf
    -thunder
    -ice beam
    -HP Grass/calm mind

Rayquaza- *3rd weather contradiction alert* [atk or sp.atk + / the other atk -, or even neutral] @ leftovers/shell bell/lum berry
    EV: too darn flexible...
    -extremespeed
-3 good offensive moves and you'll have that stats to pull it off well... blah darn flexibility

    Swampert- [atk or sp.atk + / speed -] @ leftovers
    EV: Anything
    -protect/rest
    -surf
    -ice beam
    -earthquake

Another flexible creature that I can't use...

    I like
    Substitute
    Swords Dance
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
For Groudon, +speed ?special attack. Sweeps. *shrug*

what do you mean by weather contracting uber alert? by the way what does STAB mean? My sceptile's HP is not ice. I have a bashful groudon, LAx Kyogre, and gentle rayquaza. I don't want to erase my game for these legendaries either*sigh* How do I teach my pokes subsitute?

Too late to fix them now? Either shark one which I'll recommand as that 10% bonus is quite important at times... or restart, or keep it...

Sub can be taught via FRLG move tutor.

STAB = Same Type Attack Bonus... it multiplies the amount of damage you do by 1.5 in the battle calculation (err... thought i mentioned STAB in the guide)

HP is near impossible to get unless you're online battling anyway... if you're not online battling, dump HP Ice for leech seed, protect or sub

there's a guide! What do you mean Hidden Power is impossible? I don't shark. And you gave me an idea.

    *brother isn't looking*
*sneeks over and grabs game boy with sapphire*
*plays until gets Rayquaza and Kyogre with awesome stats and personalities*
*secretly trades thems to ruby version for sucky Kyogre and rayquaza*
    *puts GBA back*
    *brother doesn't notice*
    *whew*
*Does same with friends ruby version to get groudon*

I'm gonna do the first one (Should I for Kyogre as my lv.80 kyogre has good defense and can stand a hyper beam from my level 100 groudon?) as my brother is only five years old and he won't care. But the second? Well I've a friend who is sorta srupid and has a groudon. hmmmm. Or i'll ask my parents for a another ruby version.

electric types are easily taken cared of by water spout... the only enemies of Kyogre are those resistant to water: grass (ice beam), water absorbers (ice beam or thunder or HP Grass), and Shedinja (no way to hit it except for ancientpower)

HP IS impossible to get. Your chances of getting the right Hidden Power is as low as (1/31)^5 roughly. It's 0.0000034% of getting the correct Hidden Power, so let's just round that to 0... (the real number is slightly higher, because this is only the chance of HP Dark, and other HPs have multiple ways to be accomplished, but it won't be anything higher than 0.000006% I imagine)

Oh. T thought you meant the TM is impossible to get or something like that.

So what did frostweaver men by calling groudon uber, rayquaza 3rd weather contradicting alert, and kyogre weather contradicting uber alert? sorry for the trouble.

Check the advanced trainers' guide in my signature... part of the guide involves vocab.

    As for weather contradiction... I don't see why you have a Pokemon that brings RDance, then mess it up with an auto-SDay, then screw them both over with Air Lock... o.o;

    Rayquaza : Tier 1
    Grodon, Kyogre: Tier 2

    These three are super strong.
