Yeah, that's a D/P change regarding Whirlwind + Drill Peck Skarmory, so it won't be in NB. Nonetheless nowadays that combination is legal, where as before it wasn't.

well i plan to yse ninjasks speed boost to dragonites advantage so if i let it speed boost a few turns then baton pass to adamant nit will it still outrun pokemon with a base speed stat of 130?

and to get drill peck and whirlwind skarm i breed pidgey with fearow the breed fearow with skarm? and does it matter which gender each one is?

Yeas but bear in mind if Ninjask dies due to the ever common Stealth Rock youll be in a mess.

Yes Male Pidgey/evo > Female Spearow/evo (untill you get a male spearow) then level up male spearow untill it learns Drill Peck and then breed it with a female Skarmory.

there are hundreds of PHazers, and a few Hazers. Swampert is a nice PHazer and great overall tank.

Gengar is probably a PHazer since Hypnosis is most likely gonna cause a switch.
