Hi I got my Pokemon Diamond a few hours ago and this is my team so far:

Grotle(Lvl 19) Lonely Nature
Tackle
Withdraw
Absorb
Razor Leaf

Buizel(Lvl 10) Rash Nature
Pursuit
Water Sport
Quick Attack
Water Gun

I know my team needs lots of improvment so please help me towards it

Might want to get much further along into the game mate.
Other than that I can't do anything for you at this rate.

Yes, and Impish/Adamant nature Turtwig is best, for future reference.
