Please no comments on my Cresselia's IVs, I Powersave because I don't have time for breeding due to work, I don't condone cheating. I just want a rate on my team 1-10 honest opinions. Any suggestions are welcome. Gardevoir is removable from this team, I tested this team and she doesn't have much use for the team, so if you can think of a good replacement for her that would be great. Thanks

Talonflame doesn't really need 2 Flying attacks, just Brave Bird is enough. Alternative moves in place of Aerial Ace are Roost, Tailwind, and Steel Wing. Roost and Tailwind seems kinda weird on a Choice Pokemon, but the idea is to use Roost then get out, or use Tailwind just before Talonflame dies.

Mach Punch or Poison Jab would be better than Fire Punch on Conkeldurr because the other 3 moves hit basically everything Fire Punch would. Mach Punch gives it a priority move to make up for its low Speed, pick off faster but weakened threats, etc. Poison Jab gives it a good option against Fairies.

If you need something to replace your Gardevoir, there's always Azumarill or Sylveon. Personally I'd go with Azumarill because of the part-Water and the priority move.

Mach Punch is a requirement on Conkeldurr because of how slow it is:
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Knock Off/Ice Punch
    -Poison Jab/Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/236 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts

Gardevoir is only good in its Mega Evolved form. Its regular form isn't that good. Go with what Zekrom said; Azumarill is a good fit on this team:
    -Waterfall
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Knock Off/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/252 Atk/64 Spe (Choice Band) or 240 HP/252 Atk/16 SDef (Assault Vest)
    Item: Choice Band/Assault Vest
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Belly Drum
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Huge Power

What purpose does Sableye's EVs achieve? It needs the max physical bulk to take physical hits while setting up rather than the mixed spread you're trying to use.

I had it half/half in SpDef and def EVs because I found it hard to come in on certain special attackers. I run Calm Mind and a +1 SpDef can't always take 2 Special hits.
    Scenario:
Sableye swaps in on Mega Gardevoir Possibly tanks a Moonblast cuts 3/4th's of Sableye's HP.
The decision is either Recover in hopes he/she will switch out(probably not) or waste Sableye trying to set up Calm Mind. With that extra SpDef in EVs it sometimes can tank up to 3 hits. This is not an actual event and probably would get OTKd against Mega Gardevoir but the point is it needed the extra SpDef.

Now in response to the rest of the suggestions I think your right about Mach Punch. Especially since im running the Iron Fist setup and not Guts. If i get paralyzed there is no benefit. I agree Talonflame doesnt need 2 Flying-type moves Ill look into another option for it. Thanks for the suggestion on what to put in Gardevoir's spot. I kinda just used Gardevoir because I was at a loss on what else to put in there, Its been a awhile since I've played competitively(since X/Y barely came out). I appreciate all your suggestions.

The point about using Bold and max HP/max Defense on Calm Mind users is that you're already patching up your special stats with Calm Mind. Besides, Mega Sableye loses to practically every Fairy Pokemon anyways; a good player shouldn't keep it in on Fairies anyway. Also Mega Gardevoir always uses Hyper Voice over Moonblast, as the former benefits from Pixilate, while the latter doesn't.
