Your metagross is a tank. Agiligross is more like a tank/sweeper...I actually recommend it over your current set.

    Ew, crappy Milotic EVs.

    252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk or 148 HP / 240 Def / 120 SAtk

The first set is more defensive, but only the second set can OHKO Garchomp.

That Dusknoir sucks, not only its EVs, but the entire concept behind it.
*Don't ever put Curse on Ghost types. You don't want your enemy to kill you easily. It doesn't matter if you can guarantee 25% damage every turn. Ghosts have way better things to do. Plus, Dusknoir has crap HP, so when you take away half of it, it's pretty easy to finish off.
*As for the EVs, If you want to make a Pokemon defensive and that Pokemon's base HP is lower than their base Defense or Sp. Defense, then you should always Max out HP first. You'll take less damage by putting EVs into a low HP than a high defense.

Umbreon won't do crap to Bulky Waters or Donphan with its low Sp. Attack. They're not gonna stay in either. Don't even bother.

Don't use Wise Glasses. The power increase is too small and it will barely make a difference. If you want a Special Attack boosting item, use Life Orb/Choice Specs.

Also, it's obvious that Trainer17 doesn't know what he's talking about.

well i have toxic and mean look on umbreon to help wear those waters/donphan down =/

i went with cursetrapping on dusknoir cuz of the 1/4 hp loss every turn instead of just WoWing...and i wasnt sure if it was more effective to use rest or painsplit O_O

(it gets rid of blissey and milotic sometimes)

Nonononononononononononononononono. umbreon ONLY works as a BPer...period. Toxic fails, period. Aromatherapy blissey is running around everywhere...yeah.

WoW isn't for the damage, it's for the attack drop. Curse is fail on ghosts, unless you are REALLY into novelty sets.

Pain split>>>>>>>rest. Noir doesn't have the HP to use rest well...and umbreo nisn't meant to take on bulky waters...

I disagree! Umbreon does the best Toxi-stalling out there, and if you can play it right it can be highly useful. Actually, Punishment runs a Toxi-Stalling Umbreon, and caught me off guard with it. So it's very possible to play it with success. Unless you have a strong Fighting Pokemon on your team, Umbreon can massacre you (granted no Steel types, too).

Actually, the EVs for your Metagross makes it the perfect candidate for a Choice Band Metagross. It's a Pokemon that kills everything it sees, and goes out with a bang. However, if you want him to "clean up" for you, your best bet is Choice Scarf and possibly a Jolly nature, since Metagross is too slow (without Agility) to really clean anything up. And while he may be bulky, any kind of Earthquake seriously hinders his tankability.

Very true...I still think toxic isn't good...agreed, it can inflict a major hurt on somebody, but it is too unreliable for me. With so many steels running around, and not to mention heal bellers, especially bliss, it really nulifies toxic's power...but granted, it has the potential to be good. I prefer confuse ray on umbreon, since the foe can't escape...but yeah.

I dont like Fire Fang on Salamence, it does Squat to Skarmory, even if you are able do DD up so you can actually do moderate damage to it, its just going to Whirlwind you away. So go for the OHKO on it.
