Actually, you DO need Taunt and Dragon Dance. It prevents Phazing. Please learn more about standard sets please. Why Adamant on Electivire when he's using Thunderbolt, a SPECIAL attack. And DOUBLE EDGE ON BLISSEY! Dude, learn something before you rate. Seriously. Bad, bad, bad.

I honestly prefer Ice Beam >> Aromatherapy because it really helps killing of dragons etc whom switch into Blissey and see it a set up fodder. Stealth Rock fails on this due to it having much better jobs to be doing, but if you must use it

Weezing is a wall therefore has mediocre offences so use Fire Blast or Sludge Bomb for power. Also it kind of needs Thunderbolt due to Taunt Gyarados laughing at you otherwise.

Crunch and Earthquake have great coverage along with Stone Edge. However i like Taunt to make Skarmory mere set up fodder when it switches in. You also may want to use Stone Edge >> Crunch, however Bronzong and Claydol then lol at you. Ev spread is designed to outrun Gengar after a single Dragon Dance.
