I think the best thing to do for you would be find out how evs work and THEN try to build a team.

honestly the thing is i know how evs work i just don't know the base stats of many pokemon so thats why i spread it evenly the thing i wanted ppl to help me wit was telling me if 4 a ground/rock team i have would it be better to cover their weakness like sp. def and speed because i can make a rock/ground faster then certain other pokemon or are they just naturally slow, if i was able to choose what type i wanted i wouldn't be here asking for help becuase I love water, normal and fire types i know every one of my favorite pokemons base stat so i wouldn't be here but we were asigned what types/type for certain ppl to use so yea......... thats y i spreaded them evenly for now

Too much weak to Water, because not replace Gastrodon with a Quagsire for to withstand better to this weakness?

What I would do is look in the compiled guides stickies located in S+M. If you want advice on certain Pokemon (aka Base Stats), feel free to look at Smogon's Strategy Pokedex, located here: https://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/

Since your gym is of the Rock and Ground typings, I'll also post the Smogon articles on those types, since those lead to some great Rock and Ground type Pokemon.

    Ground: https://www.smogon.com/dp/types/ground
    Rock: https://www.smogon.com/dp/types/rock

Since this is for double battling, the double battling guides at Smogon could also be useful. Looking through the warstories of Smogoneers that went to the VGC this year would also be useful.

    Double Battle Guide: https://www.smogon.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=91

The VGC article, with links to several of the Smogoneers warstories from the VGC: https://www.smogon.com/smog/issue2/successes_at_vgc2

Browse through Smogon and the stickies here for a while. It will go a long way towards bettering this team.
