I can't think of an appropriate last Pokemon.

I want something that could take advantage of getting Double Team passed from Umbreon, so I need a Pokemon that has a moveset capable of being effective against any kind of Pokemon. I wouldn't want to Baton Pass a bunch of Double Team to a Pokemon then have to switch out when my Pokemon doesn't have any moves that are effective against my opponent.

I'm still unsure about Aerodactyl, if anyone can think of 2 good sweepers to fill in my last two spots I would appriciate it.

Oh yeah I should mention this is for the Game Boy not for NB, so I can't really get any Hidden Power reliably, and I can't get the good berries that add +50% to a stat with low HP.

You have okay pokemon, but you need some offensive moves for Gengar and Umbreon. for gengar i suggest the hypnosis/dream eater/nightmare combo or teach it nightshade; for umbreon, teach it bite or bodyslam. blissey's heal belland softboiled come in handy because of its high hp, but you should replace it. its stats are just too low and it wastes a spot in your team.for skarmory, teach it steel wing, aerial ace, toxic, and maybe fly. aerodactyl should know rock slide, supersonic, ancientpower, and flamethrower. your last pokemon should be an electric type that knows thunderwave.
