Hello all! So I'm in need of some help with my team's movesets. I'm well aware they could probably be improved heaps so that's why I'm here.

My only comment is if we could perhaps not include egg moves for the meanwhile at least, and yes I know I use a lot of 'non-viable' pokemon but this is largely for fun and some online battling.

I'll place a spoiler because there are a lot which I would appreciate feedback on.

I know I'm asking a lot but any help is appreciated.

This is more of a moveset help thread than a team thread, IMO, as you're asking for help on more than 6 Pokemon. Also, you absolutely need EVs and natures.

As I already mentioned in your last thread, Wigglytuff is a terrible Pokemon and outclassed by Sylveon as a Choice Specs abuser:
    -Hyper Voice
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire/Ground)/Shadow Ball
    -Baton Pass
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 240 HP/252 SAtk/16 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Pixilate

Beautifly has bad stats as well, and is outclassed by Volcarona by a significant margin, which is stronger, faster, and more specially bulky:
    -Quiver Dance
    -Bug Buzz/Hidden Power (Ground)
    -Fire Blast
    -Giga Drain
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Passho Berry/Lum Berry
    Ability: Flame Body

Yes, Delphox can be a decent special attacker, but it's not that good in standard play as it has both a Stealth Rock weakness and a Pursuit weakness, making it vulnerable to Tyranitar, a common threat. Heatran is the superior alternative for its better overall bulk and defensive typing:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Lava Plume
    -Toxic
    -Taunt/Protect/Roar
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/192 SDef/68 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Magma Storm
    -Earth Power
    -Taunt
    -Toxic/Solar Beam
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon/Power Herb

    or
    -Fire Blast/Magma Storm
    -Flash Cannon/Stone Edge/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Earth Power
    -Stealth Rock
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Air Balloon

    or
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon
    -Earth Power/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Stone Edge/Ancient Power
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Mismagius is outclassed by Gengar, as it's stronger, faster and can reliably deal with Fairy Pokemon with STAB Poison moves:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave
    -Focus Blast
    -Taunt/Icy Wind/Destiny Bond/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash/Black Sludge

    or
    -Hex
    -Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Substitute
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 8 HP/248 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

As I already mentioned in your last thread, Medicham should be using its Mega Evolution in competitive play, as it's stronger and still decently fast:
    -High Jump Kick
    -Zen Headbutt
    -Fake Out/Fire Punch
    -Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Medichamite
    Ability: Pure Power

Spinda is one of the worst, if not the absolute worst Pokemon to use in standard play, as 60 stats across the board is terrible by competitive standards. Since this team already has a Mega in Medicham, Diggersby is an alternative. Yes, its Attack appears to be worse than Spinda's but it has the Huge Power ability to make it hit hard without being reliant on Choice Band:
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    -Fire Punch/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Knock Off/Wild Charge
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Huge Power

Snorlax isn't as good as it used to be because of power creep. Brick Break isn't the best attack to use, as Earthquake hits Steel Pokemon in general harder:
    -Return/Body Slam/Double-Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Punch/Crunch
    -Pursuit/Crunch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Thick Fat

Ingrain is a bad attack to have, since it forces the user to stay in battle. Tangrowth benefits heavily from switching out when it has the Regenerator ability, as said ability restores some HP when the user leaves the battle. That being said, Tangrowth should be used as a bulky pivot with Assault Vest to patch its mediocre special bulk:
    -Giga Drain/Leaf Storm
    -Knock Off
    -Earthquake
    -Hidden Power (Fire/Ice)
    Nature: Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Regenerator

Granbull is outclassed by Clefable as a Fairy wall, as the latter has Unaware to stop most setup sweepers in their tracks, or Magic Guard to block passive damage:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Moonblast
    -Fire Blast/Thunder Wave
    -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/172 Def/84 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Flamethrower/Thunder Wave
    -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/172 Def/84 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Flamethrower/Heal Bell/Protect
    -Moonlight/Wish
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

Alomomola should be used in stall teams only, providing Wish support, as it's very passive and offensively weak. I hope you realize that Heal Pulse heals the target rather than the user, making said move useless in single battles, as it would only heal the opponent:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 36 HP/220 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Regenerator

A good team needs an entry hazard setter to get in chip damage to achieve KOs more easily. Good example of setters that don't rely on egg moves are Excadrill and Garchomp, as both get Stealth Rock via move tutor:

    Excadrill:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Garchomp:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Focus Sash

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake/Toxic
    -Fire Blast/Toxic
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 240 HP/176 Def/92 Spe
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

Pelipper is outclassed by other bulky Water Pokemon like Gyarados and Suicune, as the former has Intimidate to help it run an effective RestTalk set, while the latter's CroCune set has been effective in the late game since Gen III. Running Rest and Roost on the same set is redundant, as both restore HP, but the latter is more reliable overall, as it doesn't force the user to be out of action for two turns. Rest should only be used in combination with Chesto Berry or Sleep Talk:

    Gyarados:
    -Waterfall
    -Dragon Tail/Roar/Thunder Wave
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/104 Def/156 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

    Suicune:
    -Calm Mind
    -Scald
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

Shiftry's many common weaknesses and frailty don't make it a good pick for standard play. As I already told you in your previous thread, Bisharp is the better alternative for Pursuit support. Yes, I get that it gets Sucker Punch and Pursuit as egg moves, but Bisharp is still good for its ability to deal with Ghost and Psychic Pokemon with ease:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe or 204 Atk/52 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Defiant

    or
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Defiant
