A mixed Zoroark set should use a Naughty nature with 252 Atk/40 SAtk/216 Spe, since Sucker Punch has priority.

Giga Drain isn't even available for Volcarona yet until Poke Transfer. It has to make do with Psychic or Hidden Power (preferably Ground/Rock) in its last slot.

Cloyster can't Rapid Spin AND use Shell Smash at once in OU. I know that it may force switches at times, but it really needs the utility of Ice Shard or the wall breaking power of Hydro Pump. If you choose Hydro Pump, change the nature to Naive. Nevermeltice must only be used if Cloyster is using Ice Shard; otherwise use King's Rock, White Herb or Lum Berry as the item.

Flygon is subpar in the current metagame. Sure, it's fast, but it doesn't hit hard enough to justify a use on the team. Garchomp is still the better option:
    -Swords Dance
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Yache Berry/Haban Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang/Fire Blast
    -Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

Chesnaught is currently VERY susceptible to Taunt with its current set. It needs offensive moves to take advantage of its good Attack:
    -Spikes
    -Synthesis
    -Seed Bomb
    -Hammer Arm
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Bulletproof

I suggest replacing Toxic with an attack move on Chesnaught.

I prefer a non-mixed Zoroark, but if you're fixed on being mixed then I suggest changing to a Lonely or Naughty nature and giving half your SpAtk EVs to Atk.

I sort of second what PlatinumDude says about Flygon, but if you're using it because you like it then don't think that it won't be powerful enough, it's perfectly usable.
