    @Charcoal
    SAtck 255/ D 136/ HP 116
    Modest
    -Sunny Day
    -Heat Wave
    -Bug Buzz
    -Hurricane

    -So far, in the few battles I've done, it's working really well as a starter. If the opponent starts with a faster pokemon, generally their first move is a status effecter, allowing me to use Sunny Day to either power up or prepare for Torterra should the opponent's starter be a major threat.

    Torterra
    @Life Orb
    HP 255/ Atck 255
    Brave
    -Synthesis
    -Earthquake
    -Wood Hammer/Solar Beam
    -Stone Edge

    Torterra works best after Urugamosu's Sunny Day, and in most runs, that's where I get to play him. He lasts quite a while so far, but I'm beginning to prefer Wood Hammer over Solar Beam for the occasions I don't get the luxury of pulling him out right when I'd like. His main problem is staying alive when a fast Ice Pokemon comes into play.

    @Life Orb
    SAtck 252/ HP 234/ Def 24
    Modest
    -Hydro Pump
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Thunder
    -Rain Dance

    This guy comes in handy both as a switch out/in to use as a Dragon and a block to someone trying to combat my Sunny Day pair above.

    Ursaring
    @Leftovers
    HP 255/ Atck 255
    Adament
    -Retribution
    -Giga Impact
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk

    In the few trial battles I've run, this guy surprised me. He holds up remarkably well as a Revenge Killer and lasts a long while with Sleep Talk. The Normal typing keeps him from taking mass amounts of damage until a fighter comes out.

    @Leftovers
    HP 255/ SAtck 255
    Modest
    -Aura Sphere
    -Cross Chop
    -Flash Cannon
    -Metal Sound/ Rest

    His chances are easily 50/50. He either kicks tail or get's his face rearranged. He also increases the chances of a strong fighter coming through and wiping my team out. I use him for type advantage.

    Absol
    @Black Glasses
    Atck 255/ Spd 136/ HP 116
    Adament
    -Blizzard
    -Night Slash
    -Swords Dance
    -Assurance

    My attempt to keep Ghosts and Dragons at bay. Works excellent for ghosts, but lack of STAB for Blizzard makes it dangerous to throw him underneath certain Dragons like Dragonite unless all I need is that bit of damage.

    All in All

    Urugamosu and Torterra are working really well together for the Sunny Day combo, and I'd like to keep the combo. Any suggestions on improvements (Fighters/Dragonites are murdering me) would be appreciated. I've read several websites, including this one, on suggestions to make it better, but since this is my first competitive team I've used online, I could use some good criticism.

    (If I left anything out, tell me. I would have added sprites to make it easier to glance over, but I don't have a high enough post count. Sorry.)

    -Hidden Power (Rock)

    Ok so sunny day doesnt do anything for this team apart from hurt it defensively by making your whole team weak to fire and crippling Gyarados's water moves. Butterfly Dance to give you +1 speed, special attack and special defense and then sweep. HP Rock is for Nite, Mence and Gyarados. You can use Morning Sun but Sandstorm being common makes it eh.

    Inferior to other grass type pokemon. Nattorie and Celebi defensively and Virizion and Breloom offensively. Synthesis also wont heal and Tyranitar, Hippow, Aboma and even rain are far too common and mess it up way too badly to function.

    252 Evs also do the same thing as 255 btw so you just waste points.

    Adamant

    -Taunt
    -Bounce
    -Waterfall

    Ok what are you doing using a pokemon's base 60 sp.att stat when it has a base 125 Attack stat ? Stop it now lol. Also Rain dance on the same team as sun. :/

    The above set actually works using its attack stat and Dragon Dance. It also helps with your fighting weakness.

    Ursaring
    @Leftovers
    HP 255/ Atck 255
    Adament
    -Retribution
    -Giga Impact
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk

    Inferior Rest Talker to Snorlax and inferior normal type to well.. everything lol. Its just to slow and its defenses arent good enough for a rest talk set. Giga Impact also sucks ass. Once you use it you are a sitting duck for every stat up sweeper in the game. You simply cannot afford to do that in any gen period.

    Lucario
    @Life Orb
    HP 6/ SAtck 252 / 252 Speed
    Modest / Timid
    -Aura Sphere
    -Shadow Ball
    -Vacuum Wave
    -Nasty Plot

    Use this. Cross Chop + Modest = no. Nasty Plot to make its special attack stat go through the roof and then you sweep with Aura Sphere and Shadow Ball which is resisted by nothing. Vacuum Wave to pick off Scarfers like Sazandorra and Heatran and also faster things like Doryuuzu.

    Absol
    @Life Orb
    Atck 252/ Spd 252/ HP 6
    Adamant
    -SuperPower
    -Night Slash / Psycho Cut
    -Swords Dance
    -Sucker Punch

    You need to look at base stats when you use pokemon. Dont use special attacks on something with a pathetic special attack stat. Regardless Absol is inferior to basically every dark type in the game. Sucker Punch for priority and massive power, SuperPower for coverage and Night Slash for reliable STAB or Psycho Cut for fighting types.

    Comments in bold.

    To help with your dragon problem you need something tanky (see : Swampert, Bronzong or Hippowdon) or has strong (preferably ice) priority moves like Mamoswine or even Scizor or even faster scarfers with Dragon, Rock or Ice moves work well like Sazandorra, Flygon, Garchomp, Terakion for example, the list continues.

    Another thing you need with Urgamosu and Gyarados is a Rapid Spinner to stop SR destroying you. Doryuuzu might work well with Hippowdon support to activate his ability making him a potent spinner and revenge killer.

    Doryuuzu@Balloon
    252 Att / 252 speed / 6 HP
    Jolly Nature
    Trait : Sand Throw
    - Swords Dance
    - Rock Slide
    - Rapid Spin
    - Earthquake

    You can do alot to make this team "ok" but id suggest you replace the dead weight like Torterra, Absol and Ursaring. Hippow, Doryuuzu + a scarfer might work well.

    EDIT : Sorry about the thread title, i just had to. XDD

    No problem about the title, I just wasn't sure what to classify it as, lol.

    So, keep tiers in mind. If I want to use the UU pokemon, keep 'em in a UU tier team. Got it.

    And quit ruining Gyarados, resist temptation.

    Now, to split up the team and rebuild, the fun part XD Thanks for all the advice.

    Ursaring is better off abusing Guts/Quick Feet with Toxic Orb/Flame Orb; I'd go for something like this:
    -Swords Dance
    -Facade
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch/Crunch/Close Combat
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch/Crunch/Close Combat
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    Item: Flame Orb (Guts only)/Toxic Orb
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe (if Adamant) or 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe (if Jolly)
    Ability: Guts (if Adamant)/Quick Feet (if Jolly)
    Also, Hyper Beam style moves are a bad idea.

    Special Attacks on Gyarados is a bad idea. Go with what Dark Azelf suggested.

    For Absol: it's better off abusing Sucker Punch:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Superpower
    -Night Slash/Psycho Cut/Swords Dance
    -Night Slash/Psycho Cut/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb (if using Swords Dance)/Choice Band/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Super Luck
