Ok so im trying to learn OU and need just a little help. Clefable and Greninja Must stay all others are optional.

    EVs: 4 SAtk / 252 HP / 252 Def

    - Focus Blast
    - Moonblast
    - Soft-Boiled

    Sylveon @ Choice Specs

    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Atk
    Mild Nature

    - Calm Mind

    - Return

    Haxorus @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Rivalry
    EVs: 220 Spd / 252 Atk / 36 HP
    Jolly Nature
    - Brick Break
    - Dual Chop
    - Iron Tail
    - X-Scissor

    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
    Jolly Nature
    - Aerial Ace
    - Fake Out

    Scizor @ Scizorite

    Adamant Nature
    - Acrobatics
    - Bullet Punch
    - Bug Bite
    - Pursuit

While Shadow Sneak is indeed a priority move, it's rather weak with little Attack investment. Greninja is fast enough that it doesn't rely on priority to function:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam/Dark Pulse
    -Extrasensory/Dark Pulse
    -U-turn/Hidden Power (Fire/Grass)/Grass Knot
    Nature: Naive/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
    Ability: Protean

    or
    -Spikes
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -U-turn/Extrasensory
    Nature: Naive/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

Clefable needs 12 Speed EVs to outspeed Tyranitar. Focus Blast's unreliability can bite you at times, so here's an alternative:
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Moonlight/Soft-boiled/Wish
    -Flamethrower/Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Protect
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
Ability: Unaware/Magic Guard (note that Soft-boiled is illegal with Unaware)

Choice Specs + status move besides Trick/Spore = no. Specs leaves you locked into a single move while you're out in battle. Since you already have a Fairy in Clefable, consider other Special attackers over Sylveon, like Gengar, Thundurus (either Incarnate or Therian), Latios and Goodra.

    Gengar:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Disable/Pain Split/Will-o-Wisp
    -Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split/Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

    Incarnate Thundurus:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Focus Blast/U-turn
    -Thunder Wave
    Nature: Timid/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

    or
    -Nasty Plot
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Flying)
    -Focus Blast/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

    or
    -Thunderbolt
    -Knock Off
    -Superpower
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/U-turn/Taunt
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 76 Atk/180 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Therian Thundurus:
    -Agility/Nasty Plot
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Flying)
    -Focus Blast/Psychic
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers/Lum Berry

    or
    -Agility
    -Nasty Plot
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Flying)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 156 HP/252 SAtk/100 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Latios:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Surf/Hidden Power (Fire)/Earthquake
    -Roost/Recover/Defog
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Surf/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Trick/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

    Goodra:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Earthquake
    -Dragon Tail/Earthquake
    Nature: Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

    or
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Toxic/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Calm/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

I know that Haxorus can fix its Speed issues with Choice Scarf, but Dragon Dance does the same thing, though it also raises Attack. Rivalry is also an unreliable ability; against an opposite-gendered opponent, Haxorus' attacks are weakened. Mold Breaker is, and always will be, the preferred ability for Haxorus:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dual Chop
    -Earthquake
    -Poison Jab/Taunt
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 36 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Since Haxorus has kind of fallen out of favor in OU (it still sees use there; don't get me wrong), consider using Mega Charizard X:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 144 HP/244 Atk/120 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

I don't like the fact that Weavile lacks a Dark STAB. Weavile's frailty lets it down in OU. In its place, I feel that Bisharp deserves a spot over Weavile to discourage Intimidators:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Dread Plate/Black Glasses/Leftovers
    Ability: Defiant

If you opted for Megazard X, Scizor will have to make do without its Mega Stone. It's still viable without it. Why have Acrobatics when you don't have a consumable item? It's not that strong if Scizor has an item, and Mega Stones aren't used up once a Pokemon Mega Evolves:
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Bug Bite/U-turn/X-Scissor/Knock Off
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/40 Atk/220 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Scizorite
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Bug Bite/X-Scissor/U-turn
    -Knock Off/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb/Scizorite
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

    - Flamethrower
    - Moonblast
    - Soft-Boiled

    Venusaur @ Venusaurite
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    Shiny: Yes

    - Sunny Day
    - Toxic
    - Venoshock

    Jolly Nature
    - Megahorn
    - Stone Edge
    - Hone Claws
    - Psycho Cut

new version of the team any tweaks?

Greninja should use Ice Beam instead of Blizzard. Yes, people use Focus Blast, which has the same accuracy, but only because they have to. Hydro Pump and Fire Blast see use because 80% accuracy isn't terrible. Ice Beam's 100% accuracy makes it the more reliable option.

Mega Venusaur is completely walled by Steel types, or anything that resists Poison, for that matter. Something like this'd be a bit better:

    -Mega Venusaur w/Venusarite
    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Chlorophyll (Thick Fat)
    EVs: 240 HP, 252 Sp.attack, 16 Speed
Moves: Giga drain, Sludge Bomb, Synthesis, Hidden Power Fire/Ground

    or

    -Mega Venusaur w/Venusaurite
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Chlorophyll (Thick Fat)
    EVs: 240 HP, 252 attack, 16 Speed
Moves: Power Whip, Earthquake, Sleep Powder, Synthesis/Leech Seed

The HP EVs let it take hits from both sides better. Venoshock is an unreliable strategy since it is dependent on the opponent being poisoned. Steel types, Poison types, Gliscor, and clerics all screw over poison based tactics.

I don't remember how to use Florges, but I can tell you that Grassy Terrain has no use on it.

Volcarona doesn't need 2 fire attacks. Pick between Fiery Dance or Fire Blast, then fill in the open moveslot with Giga Drain or Hurricane or Psychic (Giga drain is the best though).

Absol should use a STAB move and Play Rough. Those are helpful to it, Hone Claws and Megahorn are not.

    That should get you started....

There's Platinum. Now you should be good to go, Kabu.

i tried using gigadrain but PS wont allow it in ou says it clashes with ability or other move the rest ill use ty

    Better Megasaur sets:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Earthquake/Sleep Powder
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis/Protect
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

Sylveon >>>>>>>>>>> Florges. Sylveon passes bigger Wishes and poses more offensive presence thanks to Pixialte-boosted Hyper Voices:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixialte

You can only Mega Evolve 1 Pokemon per battle. Remove Venusaur or Absol, but if you insist on keeping Absol:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Pursuit/Knock Off/Night Slash
    -Fire Blast
    -Play Rough/Superpower
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Absolite
    Ability: Super Luck/Justified

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Sucker Punch
    -Night Slash/Knock Off
    -Play Rough/Baton Pass
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Absolite
    Ability: Super Luck/Justified

If Absol is to be taken out, Bisharp can be used in its place:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Dread Plate/Black Glasses/Life Orb
    Ability: Defiant

Edit: Flamethrower and Fiery Dance are redundant on Volcarona:
    -Quiver Dance
    -Fire Blast/Fiery Dance
    -Bug Buzz
    -Giga Drain/Hidden Power (Ground/Rock)/Psychic
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Flame Body

    or
    -Quiver Dance
    -Fiery Dance
    -Bug Buzz
    -Roost
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 240 HP/252 SAtk/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Flame Body
