As for your Avatar, it nicely matches your signature banner and your Usertitle.
I also like the effects that were used in it, though they seem to have been overused a bit in there. All in all, you're getting a 7/10 from me.

That avatar looks so cute =D I love the artwork... A great job by Shiharu on that. And the background matches the Pokemon perfectly, with it's earthy colour and texture. In other words, very good! 10/10
