It looks like it has an interesting story behind it, but image resizing/compression wasn't very kind to it. Use .png format!
 
It's nice, and the quality isn't that bad. The text matches what's going on in the picture somewhat as well.

It has Ash and May,my two favorite characters in it, which is a plus. I'd definitely say the quality isn't too well though and I have seen that image as it is in stock. So,...
