It's kinda dim and blotchy. The outline is bold and helps define Molly's shape under water but its too dark to really see any detail. Could use a border I suppose, but that's personal preference. Other than that, it's good.

The mixture between the background and the transparent Flygon fuse well, and the border matches the overall tone. The text is also very suiting but the colour kinda stands out too much against the image. A thin blue or teal outline around the text might highlight it a bit more. But everything is really impressive.

Unless I'm mistaken, that is a D/P Shiny Umbreon sprite... O_o

Buuuut, since it's one of the ones available for use when you join... I'll give it a 4/10.
 
I like the tonal range of the image, and it's very clear and neatly cropped. But other than that, it's also kind of bland.
