4/10 - Very little seems to have been done. The moon looks somewhat blotchy, Umbreon's silhouette looks odd with the white (as opposed to mostly desaturated original colours, or even dull grey), and the overall icon is very plain. I think if you changed the crop and placement of Umbreon and the moon, as well as the colour scheme a little, it'd look nicer.
