5/10. Definitely needs improvement. The crop size is fine, it just needs to be saved in PNG format (and make sure the picture you upload is under 130x130 px initially). Then it would go from "lol jpg" to "passable".

It is exactly 130x130. I used a video filter on it, posted earlier about making on and taking it off. didn't know it would make it so blurryish. Also, was saved as png. But thanks for your help!

10/10. Its a very good example of an avatar. It is the right dimensions, its saved as a high quality file type (not the best but gif is ok) I really like the picture too, it is bold because of the strong lines and bright colors. It also has a quite large focal point so it makes you more recognizable.
