Rate the Pokemon Above You

I've been on another Pokemon Forum & I saw a thread that went something like this. So I decided to make one here. Anyways, its pretty straightforward, you rate the Pokemon above you on the scale of 1 to 10 & give a Pokemon to be rated.

Example:

Player 1: Magikarp
Player 2: 4/10 Not useful until it evolves, Charizard
Player 3: 9/10...

Well, theres no Pokemon for me to rate, so I'll start off.

8/10: Good legendary with a nice movepool, provided you have a slot in your team for her, though her offensive stats are relatively low for legendaries.

Yanmega's Speed Boost always scares me, mostly if its going to switch using U-Turn... I got to use him.

My all-time fav starter. Good moveset, excellent stats, and always reliable.

8.5/10 The Nidos are my favorite Poison-types, and Nidoking/queen's extra Ground-type is definitely useful
