Icon themes are nice. Plain and simple, and unless the icons look bad, they usually look nice. The symbols on the bottom add a little to it as well and unlike me, the CSS like you enough so you can have things on the same line, and yet no dots underneath. lucky. Bonus Points for it being Ace Attorney~ <3

But I do think the text is taking up too much place to be helpful in this kind of signature.
I'd try making the text in smaller size and see where it goes :P

I have to admit, the tag is really pretty, although the focal point (being Umbreon, of course :P) could stick out a bit more (the lighting sort of takes your attention off the Umbreon). And when it comes to text being on top of or below tags without the use of CSS, I'm a bit of a stickler in that it aligns with the tag. But I won't deduct points for that XD

So, in total, I'll give you an 8/10~
