The image is blurred. Instead of having a larger blurry image, you should use a smaller part of the gym. It'll look a lot better then.
The Pokeballs are okay, but sprites again would be nicer.

There isn't much there, and you could've used [title] tags to put the last two lines (or just the last line, even) within the Es.

Other than that, though, the alignment of the different colored Es to form an Eevee head is pretty good. Dunno if you did that by yourself, but if you did, kudos to you!
