The suit reminds me of a commercial where the guy is talking about men's suits being on self... very business looking theme XD Great use of CSS 9/10
 
It's great that you made it yourself, so props for that, but the renders look dull and disproportioned. The background texture is nice but you could edit the text to suit the banner more (different font and colours).
