Eh, not a fan of the tiny banners, I actually despise them with a burning passion, and the color scheme isn't that pleasing either, and you have far too much blank space.

I like the avatar more than the banner for some reason. D:
It's not bad but the render's not my favourite. There's just something about the banner, especially the RHS that doesn't feel right for me. The text could also be arranged a bit better.

The background on yours is very nice and makes her blend in very well. The text in the banner could be a different colour, but that's just my opinion. Very well organised.

What I can't figure out is how you got the cursor to be a plus sign shaped. xD
 
It's cute albeit a little hypnotic. The render's a little crude but the background's effect really stands out. Text could be arranged a little better, but still, I like it.
