Personally, despite how awesome Lelouch is, you old one was better, I still like this one though so 8.5/10

This is a side note and does not factor into my critique but I think the avatar could have more (if there are any now) effects and maybe a different pic than your sig....
But I love your sig the positive to negative space use it good and awesome use of photoshop (assuming you used photoshop) effects

EDIT Just realized I got rid of my sig because despite of resizing it kept not being approved also sorry to the person underneath me who commented on the same sig as me and had to edit his post to refer to mine

As for yours, 5/10, I wish the words were bigger and I generally think banners look better when they're wider than they are tall.

Cute image although everything's kind of randomly placed. It's neat but doesn't really do much for me. :\ Not bad though.
