10/10, definitely. It's simply beau. I suck at BBCode and PHP (and don't know how many HTML codes I can put into my siggy), so... ><' Although it doesn't look like yours used much of the complicated coding, but still...

I'm actually trying to get a friend of mine to give me a new banner for my siggy, so the manga piece is still there from much earlier.
 
Wow.. there is a lot going on. I would pick one image, and a small bit of text and stick with that.

Dude, you need to use Paint.NET or Gimp rather than using mybannermaker.com...
