ermm... I did create the background for the banner... I do use photoshop. oh and I was just bored so I made the silhouettes =P.

Maybe it's me, but I was never a fan of images in banner to be centerized, I am a fan of it being on the sides. xD

I did have a sig like this not lonf ago. It's a nice way to keep things nice and neat and easy to do.
Neat but i would suggest a border. The rounded edges look a little pixelated. Use a CSS border i mean.
The render is slightly bad quality in places but very well done. 8/10

I liked the transparent accent along the bottom and left edges.
