Um, I just noticed the font on the banner doesn't look too hot, so, 9/10.

The font color is a little off to match, but goes okay with the banner. Also, I like werewolves. 9/10

Then do it again a million times.
The rules clearly state that you have to give a rating of the above poster's Signature, aswell as a short sentence about why you gave that rating.
They also state that if you already have rated someone's Signature, you are not supposed to go around and continously say "I have already rated it. xx/xx".
Instead, you are supposed to wait until someone else posted if you have nothing else to say than that.
Since you obviously have never payed attention to the rules thread, I will quote these parts to you.
I strongly reccomend you to read and follow the rules, else Warnings will be issued.
Rating Games

Just a short note: Don't bypass. In rating games like "Rate the Signature of the User Above" put the rating out of ten, and then a short constructive critiscism.

e.g.

5/10

Your pic is too blurry and it ruins it.

Also, don't go around and post things like "I already rated your's before, [insert same rating here].", if you already have rated the users Signature/Avatar/Theme/etc. before, just wait for someone else to post!

As for your Signature, it's small and looks organized. The Doremi banner has a nice effect, so you'll get a 7/10 from me.

Well, it's pretty plain IMO. Black and white is boring. Try adding more to it, like colourful text. Just a suggestion.

'Tis definitely a cute banner, Raichi. Not to mention the colors blend smoothly and 'tis nicely sized to go 'long with it. ^^
