Meh, a forum ad and some random copy-paste-me statistics. Not too inspiring, to be honest. It's fairly neat and the button is alright, but personally I think it would be cooler without citing those lame statistics that countless other forumites have already cited. 5/10

Huh... Okay, the blue font doesn't match with the rest. That's the main problem. And the banner... The font on the banner isn't that great. 3/10 <~

I like the animations. They're pretty epic, and I'm a fan of Bleach. But the signature doesn't really have an obvious structure, it's just that, the animations, and one line of text. Even so, it does look good.

It's a nice trainer card animation you got there, but I dont think it stays enough time on each card. Plus it feels a little lifeless, your whole signature that is. 6/10
