The Itachi text is just a little too small, if only that were bigger. I love it other than that though. You've improved a lot!

EDIT: GRRR BEAT AGAIN!

Rated in the theme thread. 7/10. The text needs something done with it, and a border and some brushes would be awesome.

The banner's quality is poor, the text seems out of place, and the only thing that looks good in the sig is the badge. ><;;;

I like the clearness of the banner. You can see the images very clearly and the raining effect doesn't get in the way. The matching avvy is also a nice touch, as the light coloring gives contrast to the darker coloring of the banner. I think the borders should match, but I'll keep my rating for you. ^^

I like the stamp feature, the image is very good, and Tails is my favorite Sonic Character. ^^
