Just a load of text and links, not even organized. You just stuck that plushie in the middle and some of the text in the plushie is missing.
 
It's nice, but it's a bit big for my tastes. Perhaps organize it a bit more so that everything's not just along the left side. I like your banner, and it matches your avatar. With a bit of tweaking, this could become a solid sig.

Fable, your banner is the only instance where Sakura looks cool. 9/10 (I think it would look better if it was a little bigger).
