Yeah, it has a white outline, but I guess that doesn't count xD

Hmm, well, I'm not a huge fan of the banner, and you can basically take out the credit since Rainbowisland's name is in the banner already. Try re arranging the text a little bit more. Sure, the bright colors attract attention, but they really are off putting and don't match the banner and the style and such 8/1o.
 
he the charizard is cute. the scanlines are too much and charizard wants blending. 8/10
 
it's good I like the colors and that it uses more intricate CSS than mine, so you get an 8.7/10

I'm not exactly sure what that is in your sig, It looks to me like a sad mesprit, but it seems ok to me, I don't know much about image making, so is a 7 ok?

I like Jasmine on there and CSS coding (I think that's what it's called) it looks very nice. :3
But, the only problem would probably be the colours on the banner.. they clash together and purple and green don't seem to go with each other.
