Its a good drawing of Kakashi 7/10, i wanted to show my friend your Chidori banner.
 
Large banner....Poor effects....Traditional text references....5/10.

So big...and un-organized, I just hate T-cards :/ :The recoloring on the blaziken, need sto be better done, recolor the outline, and use shades besides black, also what did you do to the latios wing? It has a real thick outline adn looks choppy, oh and the lint minty green text jurts peoples eyes 1/10

~^Well..the picture is...weird for my taste and...you could have used some centering...But I won't be picky and mean, so 7/10 will do it ^^.
 
Since when has being honest been mean? O.o Your sig seems organized, and I like the purple so... 10/10
 
I love the scratch effect ^^ I also enjoy how the text doesn't distract from the rest of the banner, the text is nice and organixed and the color really brings it out more, good job. 9.10/10
