Not bad. It's simple and well organized with the center tag and the text color fits the Pikachu theme well. Add the fact that it's Nica's artwork and you have just earned yourself a nice 8/10!
 
9/10, it's very nice and organized but the banner is abit too bright for my liking ^^;;
 
9.5/10, just since I'm getting used to that bright color now~xP
 
I don't really like the way that crowded friend list hovers over your signature. Your banner is nice and detailed, text could be laid out a bit better though. Your use of colour on the first letters of each word seems to give off a nice effect, but that light green and yellow you used is a little hard on the eyes, same goes with that light blue. I like the userbar you have down there. You've had that signature for a while, so it's nothing new to look at.

Very.. pink, nice detail, can't tell what anime it is, it could use a little blue, very high quality and perfection. XD

Well....The Banners Fine...'cause it's been like that when I was just about to get a name change, anyways...there's too many text so I think 8/10
