I think you use the magnetic lasso and paste the image to something else, but I suck at that.
Anyway...

Anyways, Your banner is okay. I have no idea who he is, so I have decided to eat him. Then you'll have the whole background.

Well, the banners are neat and all (not to mention amusing), but put together they sort of clash and the signature as a whole looks a bit too large and unorganized. 6/10

I don't know how Kuro is but, I love the banner and stuff. The info is good and there is no clashing. Great job Kurogane ---->9.5/10 (I just feel it's missing something)
